We know that in a perfect world, you will just love everything you purchase from us. We try hard to do our very best to offer the highest quality products and satisfaction to our customers. But we know not all items will be suitable for all customers. We would like to try and correct the problem.
Any unopened item purchased within 14 days after original purchase date (order date) will be applied to a full refund of the purchase price (not including return shipping charges).
Any opened diffuser purchased within 14 days can be returned and will be applied a credit with Enchanted Aromatics of the purchase price (not including shipping charges both ways). The returned item must be in working condition and includes undamaged original packaging.
If the diffuser is faulty, you will receive a full refund.
To qualify for a SpaRoom® or Aromasource® Warranty Claim, the following conditions must be met:
- You are required to provide a valid proof of purchase
- Cannot have voided warranty resulting from misuse, accident or improper maintenance.
If a defect should occur during the warranty period as the result of the products intended use according to the care instructions, we will replace the unit at our discretion.
For Serene Living®, Greenair® and Bressio diffusers® warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer for warranty work.
Opened Essential Oils
Any opened essential oil purchased within 14 days that is returned will be applied a credit with Enchanted Aromatics of the purchase price (not including shipping charges both ways). Please make sure the lid(s) are on tight. Partial credits may be issued if the essential oil is opened or if a significant amount has been used.
Unopened Essential Oils
Any unopened essential oil purchased within 14 days may be returned for a full refund. Please Contact up through our [email protected] first so we can issue you a return authorization number.
How to return an item to us
If you need to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Items being returned (or just indicate the entire order)
- Reason for the return
We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will e-mail you a PDF of a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item after contacting Enchanted Aromatics using the carrier of their choice.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
